REGISTRATION

• You can now register easily online! Online registration for the event has been included in the same manner in which our league registration occurs. Adults wishing to register for the golf outing, please follow the steps below.

1. Sign into your account at https://www.cgyouthbaseball.com/ You will use your same login used when registering your children for baseball. If you don't have an account, please create one.

2. Add yourself as a "participant”. See screenshot below.



3. Golf Outing registration options will appear as available programs for you. Choose the option you want – single, double, threesome or foursome. See screenshot below.

4. Once you have selected the registration option, the next screen will ask you to list player names. Please only list the names of the people you are registering. Example, if signing up as a double, you will list two names and pay $200.

5. Continue through registration process, submit your order and pay. Your spot is not guaranteed until your payment is made.

Please Note:

- If you have registered another way, but have not completed this process, we ask that you complete this online registration to submit your payment and secure your spot.

- If you are a sponsor of CGYB and that sponsorship included a foursome, you do not need to complete this registration process. Please do email us to communicate who will be on your team.

FUNDRAISING

In our addition to having a great golf experience, the event will also be helping our fundraising efforts to support CGYB. The fundraising proceeds will be used for Ray Skillman Park facility improvements such as additional lighting or other significant upgrades.

SPONSORSHIP

We have various sponsorship packages available for individuals/companies interested in supporting our fundraising as well as advertising local area businesses. Check out the website for more details. Please email [email protected] if you are interested in a sponsorship or for more information.

VOLUNTEERING

Any great event requires great people helping out. We will need some additional volunteers to help with event itself and/or activities leading up to the event. Look for additional announcements with more details around volunteer opportunities. Anyone interested in helping with planning/preparation activities, Please email [email protected].
